Ayuda con interpretación en paper.

Bueno, estimados les pido ayuda acerca de la interpretación en un fragmento de 1 paper acerca de "lan hacking" que está en Inglés:

"You can easily hub your laptop (if you have one) connect it to the victims computer, and hide it away from where it's seen during the day. Connect it to the LAN and to the computer it's being hubbed to, and then set a local keylogger onto the machine, then after hours come back and retrieve it, and then delete all traces of the spy utility"

Mi duda que tengo es a k se refiere con el término "hub"??, en el fragmento, ps, yo k sepa es 1 dispositivo de interconexión usado en las redes, pero dentro del fragmento antes mencionado, ps, ni idea.
