de alli HEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run <=alli esta......
HEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run <=alli tambien esta
solo tendrias que eliminarlo  y YA....
si sigue alli vaz a Windows\Escritorio\ <= alli tambien esta lo eliminas y BYYYYYYYY problema,saludos.
