asi que comienso a hacerlo xD
Bueno ayer de pura "casualidad" formatie la PC, y a la hora de instalar, no quise esperar ake ubuntu descargara los paquetes, de idiomas y demas, asi que desconecte el modem :S acausa de eso no descargo ningun paquete y eso produjo que no se activaran los repositorios,
ahora si, que que causo esto.. en pocas palabras no puedo instalar nada y mucho menos actulizar asi que con este mini how to les voy a decir como instalar los repositorios universe y multiverse,
comensamos
abrimos la terminal
Aplicaciones-Accesorios-Terminal
escribimos
$ sudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list
y nos aparesera el gedit ( el editor de texto) con algo asi

ahora si lo mas sensillo xD activar los repositorios lo que temos que haces es borrar al almohadilla (este signo #) XD de las lineas que comiensan con "deb"
con eso activamos los repositorios..
y las sources.list quedarian asi

ahora continuamos en la terminal
tecleamos
$ sudo apt-get update
para la actulizacion
( el tiempo que no esperamos durante la instalacion tenemos que esperarlo ahora)
si no tira ningun error significa que hicimos todo bien y despues de que termine el update podemos instalar lo que queramos..
