creo que para que te funcione primero deberias tener esa FOTO01.jpg en una unidad D...prueba el D:\FOTO1.jpg por algo que si exista en tu pc.

es un parametro de "at" que hace q interactue con el usuario activo..
o algo asi.. sino corrijanme.

efectivamente como dice spectro si programas una tarea con el AT y van a la carpeta de TASKS pueden ver que ahi se encuentra lista para ejecutarse ala hora indicada..
